When you book a Photo Tour with me, I put your dates in my schedule and no other person will get them. For this reason and due to the costs of setting up, planning, hosting, providing transportation and managing/coordinating resources for my tours and workshops, I have established the following policies regarding cancellations.


For multi-day tours and workshops.


In most cases a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot, with full balance due at the time the tour/workshop begins. All deposits apply towards final balance. 

Absolutely no refunds for cancellations of any type within 48 hours of a scheduled tour or workshop. Rain checks may be available at my normal daily deposit rate per day.

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations if the spot can be filled and notice is given to me within 7 full days of scheduled start. Any further out and I'll give you a rain check for a later date by mutual agreement.

Full Refunds if session cancelled by Gray Photography.



For single day workshops and private photo tours.


Full Refunds within 2 business days of booking only for all one day workshops.


No Refunds after 2 days.


Workshops and Training Sessions may be rescheduled to a different time/day depending on my schedule.


Credit towards other workshops if cancellation is made after two days, depending on availability.


Pre-purchased Training and Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months after date of purchase.


Deposits are non-refundable but do apply towards final costs.
